    • You will receive an invoice via email, do keep it, you will need your invoice number later.
    • Your Pawllergy Test Kit will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days.

2. Receive your Pawllergy Test Kit

  • Kit includes: 

    • 1 X Instruction slip
    • 1 X Fur Comb 
    • 1 X Sample Collection Bag 
    • 1 X Pawllergy Customer Form 
    • 1 X Return Mailer 

3. Collect fur and mail out the sample.

4. Be notified via email

  • 1. When the fur sample has reached us for processing.

    After sending our your sample via post, we should receive the sample within 3-5 working days.

  • 2. When the report is ready.

    Your report should be ready within 7 working days of the us receiving your sample for analysis.
